Challenge: There was a gap in product marketing leadership, a need for new use case specific positioning, messaging, and sales enablement assets, as well as creating & driving forward a more streamlined process for product/feature launches.

What we did:

  • Defined key personas & jobs to be done for each persona for each use cases

  • Gained internal alignment.

  • Positioning and messaging for each use case followed by rolling all of this out to the sales team.

  • Led the product launch for their Workplace product


Envoy needed fractional leadership for an existing product marketing team, updated positioning and messaging for specific use cases, as well as processes and frameworks to drive forward a product launch. 

We aligned the marketing team on the new use cases and defined key personas, and then developed targeted messaging which was then deployed to the sales team. We also led the launch of their Workplace product, creating a cross-functional team and a launch dashboard to streamline processes and track progress effectively.
