As RevenueBase transitioned from founder-led sales to hiring its first sales team, the need for clear positioning and unified messaging became crucial.

Through internal discovery and intake, we created a company narrative that was then aligned with senior leaders, establishing a unified front. From there, we worked on company-level positioning and messaging work to ensure a consistent voice and message across their GTM channels. 

This alignment from the team to documentation was a significant internal milestone, setting a strong foundation for their evolving sales strategy.
