Industry/segment: B2B Events Platform

Stage: Pre-seed (at time of work), Private

Challenge: Goldcast was a small team and they did not have a consistent way of speaking about the company around who their personas were, how to speak to them, and most importantly, how they are differentiated in a crowded space - especially when covid hit.

What we did:

  • Customer research

  • Internal stakeholder research

  • Positioning and messaging work and documentation

The Goldcast team struggled with inconsistent communication about their distinct value in a competitive market, especially as it became crowded during COVID-19.

They knew they needed crisp and concise positioning and messaging to ensure they were truly differentiated.

We conducted customer and internal stakeholder research to clearly identify their ICP and personas, document pain points we solve, and capture value & outcome pillars to then craft precise positioning and messaging. This approach clarified who their key personas were and how to effectively communicate with them, distinguishing Goldcast in a saturated space.
